2. Scope
These terms govern the relationship between GRAFTEK EOOD (“the Trader”) and the persons who use the site and place orders through it (“the Customer”). By placing an order the Customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
3. Products and prices
The Trader supplies labels on rolls, consumables for label printers and packaging materials. All prices on the site are in euro and shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price displayed beneath.
Products are sold by the pack. The price per pack decreases with larger quantities according to the table on the relevant product page.
The Trader reserves the right to change prices without notice. For an order already placed, the price in force at the moment of ordering applies.
4. Ordering
An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing the delivery and invoicing details. After submission the Customer receives a proforma invoice with payment details at the email address given.
The contract is considered concluded when payment reaches the Trader’s account.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against the proforma invoice issued. The Customer quotes the proforma number as the payment reference. The final invoice is issued when the goods are dispatched.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier, to a pickup point or to an address given by the Customer. Where payment is received by 13:00, the shipment leaves the same working day; delivery time depends on the destination country.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer on receipt of the goods. Where damage is visible, the Customer should record it with the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
A Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer law has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons, by notifying the Trader in writing.
Goods are returned in resaleable condition, unused and in the original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Customer. Amounts paid are refunded within 14 days of the notification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Customer’s individual specification or in non-standard sizes, nor to opened consumables whose seal has been broken.
8. Warranty and claims
The Trader is liable for goods not conforming to what was agreed, in accordance with applicable law. Claims are accepted at the contact details shown, accompanied by a description of the problem and proof of purchase.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
10. Amendments
The Trader may amend these terms at any time; the current version is published on this page. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
11. Applicable law
Matters not covered here are governed by the law of the Trader’s country of establishment. Disputes are resolved by agreement, failing which by the competent court.
A consumer may also refer a dispute to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.
